Client is unable to finish the security negotiation within the configured timeout (00:01:00). The current negotiation leg is 3 (00:00:00)

WCF - Client is unable to finish the security negotiation within the configured timeout

The application is not able to connect to the Service Bus, but instead returns the above error message:    

Solution: To solve this problem increase openTimeout, closeTimeout and sendTimeout interval "00:01:00" to "00:02:00"
